Yet, oh so difficult to do. You may accomplish this by writing, creating, for the end user. Don&#8217;t write for your sales staff. don&#8217;t write for you engineers. Write for your customers and clients. Make your content relevant to them. Use their language and vocabulary. Present material relevant to their needs.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Do that and your goose will lay golden eggs.
