Ever had your published work, published by anyone that did not pay you for it? It’s no fun and yes, I’ve had it done to me. My first book was published in Asia and I got nothing. And let me tell you it – is – no – fun.
I also got an email from someone outside the United States asking if I had a PDF I could send him. Um, let me think – NO! Don’t think so because it would have been sold and sent the world over enriching someone, but not me.
