Writer’s – Follow The Money

Posted on June 15, 2020 by Wayne English

$$$

MMking money is one thing. Keeping it is another. the difference between the two is your profit. Or lack thereof. Us writers sometimes don’t give the time required to learn the business end of the business. Then when we publish we can either hire people who don’t perform as they should or we just pay way too much for things. either way our profit gets smaller.

Here Are Three Harsh Things To Remember

  1. When there’s a dollar on the table you don’t have a friend in the room.
  2. The salesman’s job is the liar.
  3. Buyer beware

Contracts

Don’t fear signing a contract – as long is it protects your interests. Your job is to make sure that it does.
